Time (LokiXReader)

Everything around me is moving too fast. I can’t catch up. My mental legs can’t run that fast. Everywhere I look, fingers are pointing at me, ridiculing me, even though I haven’t done anything wrong. Just let me sit here with my music to catch my breath. I can only run so fast.

A pat on my head made me open my once tightly shut eyes. My eyes laid upon a majestic god of green and black in front of me. His body stood up tall and proud, but his emerald eyes said other wise like he was reading deep into my soul. I saw his thin lips move, but I can’t hear what he’s saying. Slowly, his large hands moved to either side of my head and took off my headphones while it continued to stream loud bits of sound. I stared at him blankly, wondering his reasons for his actions.

The majestic god leaned forwards towards my face until we were merely a few centimeters apart. I can feel his sweet breath against my face as he inspects my soul, my pain, my so-called “life.” Then, a pair of soft lips touched mine. The kiss was so gentle and sweet. I start to become lost in it as his silvertongue entered, and time itself slowed down around us.

And then I realized, everything was going to be alright.
